All OSC children will be dropped off at the school door once a school teacher is outside on supervision.

Children will be picked up at the same place after school. Kindergarten children will be picked up by their classroom door.

In the event that a child is not at the meeting place the following steps will take place:

1. Call day care to see if the child's parent called, if the child's parent did not call the day care

2. Call the parents

3. Call the school

4. Call 911 if child is still missing

if a child is detained at school the parent will be called and asked to make other arrangement to have their child picked up if we are unable to wait for the child.

If the centre's vehicle is involved in an accident the following steps will take place:

1. Center will be called to inform director, if children are in the vehicle arrangements will be made for the children to be picked up

2. If a child is hurt the necessary medical attention will be sought, parents will be informed and critical incident will be reported to licensing

If there is severe weather warning via "weather network" we will not be transporting children to school.

Parents will be informed at drop off in the morning.
